Always fantastic. Great location, super helpful staff. If you need a base in Vienna for a few days or more, this is the place. It was a regular home to me pre-covid, this is the first time back since then, but standards have improved if anything.

Convenient, Clean & New - but lousy housekeeping and steril

The building is fairly new and everything is in tip top condition there (although a bit sterile). The room was quite spacious, even the couch bed (we were 3 people staying there so need to utilize that) was comfortable. The location is very good, not even a 6 min walk to the St. Stephen's cathedral, and only a 3 min walk to the ring (Stubentor) and Stadtpark. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 min walking distance. This hotel offers both hotel rooms and apartments which confused me a bit at first, and I get the impression that it's mostly geared towards business travelers. As such, there are fewer amenities and less staff than you would normally find in a traditional hotel. All in all the only complaint I have about the hotel is the cleaning staff, that appeared to be outsourced and was definitely subpar compared with other hotels. One day the cleaning staff didn't get to our room until 5(!)pm, and it was a struggle to get enough towels for all of use. For example, even though I had pointed out that we are 3 people, we continued to only get 2 bath towels. The soap was almost empty and wasn't refilled either.

This hotel/apartment has it all - location, amenities, large light filled spacious rooms, but the reason I am writing this review is to commend the staff. My husband always stays at this apartment/hotel when he has business in Vienna and this was the first time I was able to travel with him. The staff was very attentive and friendly and never made me feel uneasy when I asked some of the most basic questions. I inadvertently left some items in the room and they went above and beyond to get them shipped to me in the US. I can't say enough about this place and plan to stay there again on our next visit.

It was so great to stay at this place! I stayed 2 times already and booked again for this December. Great rooms and apartments. Very friendly personnel, always helpful and nice. Location is perfect - few steps to everywhere in the city center. Highly recommend. Kama Khudiyeva
